Naval Blockade, based on the 'Battle Sheep' board game mechanics. Core Concept: A hexagonal area-control game where 2-4 players (human or AI) compete to occupy the most sea tiles. Game Rules to Incorporate: Setup: A grid of 64 hexagonal sea tiles. Each player starts with a vertical stack of 16 ship units on an edge tile. Movement: Players must split an existing stack (moving at least one ship and leaving at least one behind). The split stack moves in a straight line in one of 6 directions until it hits the board edge or another ship. Objective: Occupy the highest number of individual hexes. The game ends when no legal moves remain.
